Shai Sade, former captain of the Israeli women’s national soccer team and a collegiate player at Youngstown State University, is the founder and managing director of FIRSTEAM.

From the start of her career, Shai knew she wanted to combine her love of soccer with academic studies. After completing her military service, she pursued a lifelong dream: playing in the U.S. collegiate system while earning her undergraduate degree-all on a full sports scholarship that covered her studies.

The journey to find the right college was challenging. Shai navigated it alone, without prior guidance, making crucial decisions that shaped her future. Her experiences in the United States provided her with the perspective, skills, and insights that continue to guide her today.

In 2016, Shai founded FIRSTEAM, a company dedicated to supporting male and female athletes in securing scholarships at U.S. colleges. Drawing from her personal experience and deep knowledge of the American sports system, Shai and her team provide personalized, professional guidance, helping athletes find the right fit academically and athletically.

Shahar is a former member of the Israeli national volleyball team and an outstanding athlete who competed at Stetson University in NCAA Division I. Drawing from her own experience as a student-athlete in the U.S., she now manages the volleyball department at FIRSTEAM and serves as a dedicated mentor for our athletes, guiding them through every step of the preparation process for U.S. college recruitment. Her first-hand knowledge of both athletic and academic life in the U.S. allows her to provide personalized support, practical advice, and motivation to help each athlete reach their full potential.

Yaniv, a former college athlete with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the Psychology and Mentoring field, Yaniv is providing personalized guidance to all our players throughout the entire process.

From initial mentoring preparing for this expirebnce and step-by-step admission process. Yaniv ensures each athlete receives the tools, advice, and confidence needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Tom, a former college athlete with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree-he completed his master’s with honors at Binghamton University, New York.

Tom is responsible for recruiting soccer players and providing them with an initial professional evaluation. Base on his experience as a student-athlete, Tom helps identify talent and guide players toward the opportunities that best fit their
